Welcome to Clarke & Willow, a small Queensland-based business offering handmade leather journal covers and accessories to customers within Australia. By submitting an order request, you acknowledge the information below.

Products and availability

Each journal cover is handmade in small batches. Natural differences in leather grain, texture, tone and markings are part of its character. Product photographs are representative; individual pieces may vary. Stock is limited and all requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

Ordering and payment

Submitting the website form is an order request, not an automatic acceptance or payment. I will email an order confirmation with your total and a secure payment link. Payment must be received within 72 hours of the order confirmation email, otherwise the order will be cancelled. Please do not send payment card details through the order form or by email.

Prices and delivery

All prices are in Australian dollars. The current website advertises Australia-wide flat-rate shipping of $16.95 per order. Any applicable total will be confirmed before payment. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, unless I advise you otherwise. Delivery transit times depend on Australia Post and the destination.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Please read the Shipping & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to remedies for goods that fail to meet consumer guarantees.

Website information

I aim to keep descriptions, availability and pricing accurate, but may correct mistakes and update information. If a material detail changes before your order is confirmed, I will let you know before payment.
