Information collected

When you request a journal, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, postcode, chosen product and notes. If you join the VIP list, you provide your name and email address. If you contact me, I receive the details you choose to share.

How information is used

I use order information to respond to requests, confirm availability, arrange secure payment, prepare and dispatch purchases, provide customer service and maintain business records. VIP signup information is used to send collection news and updates; you can ask to be removed at any time.

Services involved

This website is hosted using Netlify, which processes website form submissions. Payment links may be provided through Westpac OnlinePay and its payment provider. Delivery information is shared with delivery providers as needed to fulfil orders. These providers may process information under their own privacy practices. Please do not include card or bank details in website forms.

Storage and protection

I take reasonable steps to protect information and limit access to what is needed to operate the business. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained as needed for orders, recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations.

Access, correction and enquiries

To ask what personal information I hold, request a correction, unsubscribe from VIP emails or raise a privacy concern, email info@samclarke.org. I will respond as reasonably practicable.
