Australia-wide shipping

Flat-rate shipping is currently $16.95 per order within Australia. I prepare and dispatch paid orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary by destination and postal service; dispatch timing is not a delivery guarantee.

Handmade leather variations

Genuine leather has natural differences in grain, texture, tone and markings. These are expected features and are not, by themselves, defects. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

Change of mind

I do not ordinarily offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection or personal preference. This does not affect your Australian Consumer Law rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods

If there is a problem with your journal, please email info@samclarke.org with your order details and, if possible, photos. Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. For a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement.

Return postage

Where goods fail to meet consumer guarantees, reasonable return postage will be covered where required by Australian Consumer Law. Please contact me first so I can help arrange next steps.

Your rights

Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.
